Luis Pardo
With 25+ years of financial industry experience, I have been fortunate to lead experts at an executive level, most recently at a Fortune 100 organization, while also being a highly visible champion of diversity, equity, and inclusion. Throughout my years in banking, I have developed a deep appreciation for effective governance, strategic planning, financial stewardship, and collaborative decision-making. These skills, combined with my passion for shaping future leaders, are what drives me to serve the Greenspire community.
My community service includes board service for the Florida chapter of the National Diversity Council and Catholic Charities of Wichita and volunteer activity for multiple organizations including Junior Achievement, Feeding Tampa Bay, and the Salvation Army. I was selected as part of the 2022 Leadership Tampa class for the Tampa Bay Chamber of Commerce and was inducted as Honorary Commander of the US Air Force’s 927th Air Refueling Wing at MacDill Air Force Base.
I hold a Master of Business Administration from Ferris State University, a Bachelor of Business Administration from Wichita State University, and am a graduate of the Consumer Bankers Association Executive Banking School.
This is the second time living in Traverse City for my family (we could not stay away!) and we are excited to be here as part of this amazing Greenspire community.
