Thank you to everyone that attended our Chili cookoff. We had over 120 people attend and it was great to get to see our community together. We plan on doing more community events going forward with our next one being the production of Beauty and the Beast Jr. happening in March.
One thing to note, PLEASE SLOW DOWN in carline, Red Dr. and in front of the ISD. While we want the process to move quickly, our number one priority is the safety of our students. Moving slowly will ensure that everyone can get dropped off and picked up safely.

February 16: Fake-A-Day from 1-3 for students interested in joining Greenspire next year
March 7,8,9: Beauty and the Beast Jr at 6:30
April 1: Flight Field Trip- This will be held during the normal school day. Enrollment:Enrollment starts on Monday at 8am. The link to enrollment will be live on Monday and I will send it out to everyone in an email on Monday. We cannot accept any applications until Monday at 8am. ALL STUDENTS MUST RE-ENROLL. If you have an 8th grade student, you will need to complete enrollment thru the high school. I will send that link on Monday. All current students are guaranteed a spot at either the middle school or high school but they must complete enrollment forms by March 8 at 4pm. Failure to do so will result in a forfeit of their spot.

Parents/Gardians of 8th Graders ONLY! The yearbook staff is offering something new this year! You have the opportunity to celebrate your promoting 8th grader by purchasing space to personalize in the yearbook. Each space is fully customizable! You can add pictures, quotes, or a special note of pride for your child’s accomplishment. A half-page ad is selling for $20, a quarter-page ad is selling for $15, and an eighth-page ad is selling for $10. Recognition ads can be purchased any time before April 17, 2024. Brittany Roeper Update: Due to medical reasons, Brittany Roeper has made the hard decision to leave Greenspire. While we have enjoyed having Brittany as a teacher, we want to support her in doing what is best for her now. Brittany was able to stop by to say goodbye to students Friday at lunch. We have posted an ELA position on our website. If you know anyone who may be interested, please have them fill out an application.
Fake-A-Day for Interested Students:
On February 16 from 1-3, Greenspire will hold a Fake-A-Day. This is an opportunity for students interested in Greenspire to come and be a student for an afternoon. If you have friends or family interested in Greenspire, please have them reach out to office@greenspireschool.org to sign up.
Beauty and the Beast Jr:Tickets are now on sale for our FIRST EVER Greenspire Productions showing of Beauty and the Beast Jr. AND we have some great news! We are going to have the performances at Kirkbride Hall in Building 50, allowing us to seat more audience members! Please follow this link to purchase your General Admission tickets for the Thursday, Friday and Saturday evening shows, all from 6:30-7:30 pm. Doors will open at 6 pm. Please have your student check the lost and found as it is currently over flowing. We will be donating anything not claimed at the end of the week.
