Literature: We continue to read our dystopian novels and are getting to know the characters.  Character traits are very important for students to understand.  Talk with them about how they describe themselves or you with character traits.

Sustainable Agriculture: This week in sustainable agriculture, the kids learned about processed foods. These lessons had the kid research a processed snack food they like, and make a short presentation about the food. I then presented their slides, and we talked about the nutritional value of their given snack!
