Middle School Enrollment Application

For new applicants: An enrollment offer at The Greenspire School is based on acceptance during the lottery process or as space is available after the lottery. Applicants who have been suspended or expelled from school within the preceding two years may not be eligible for enrollment, depending on the nature of the incident. Similarly, applicants who within the preceding two years have been charged with incidents involving weapons, fighting, injury or violence to a faculty/staff member, fighting, injury or violence to another student(s), or crimes involving violence or the threat of violence, may not be eligible for enrollment. By submitting this application, you are stating that the student listed has not been suspended or expelled from school as noted above, has not been charged with the incidents noted above, and that you authorize The Greenspire School to verify discipline records from his or her previous school(s). Failure to truthfully answer application questions could disqualify a student from enrollment at The Greenspire School.
