Hello Greenspire Community –
I hope everyone enjoyed the first real snow of the season!
A few reminders to start the week…
- Winter Break begins Wednesday, December 23rd – Friday, January 1st. There will be no classes during this time and the building will be closed. Remote learning classes resume on Monday, January 4th.
- 100 Percent in 100 Days Campaign – If you are willing and able to do so, please consider participating in our 100 Percent in 100 Days fundraising campaign https://greenspireschool.org/donate/. No matter the size of your contribution; $5, $50, or $5,000, any amount is appreciated. It is your participation that counts. A huge thank you to those that have already participated!
- Toolbox – Please make sure that you visit the Toolbox section of our website for important items under the Middle School Resources box. Here you will find important items such as school forms, the Week Ahead, the school directory, and the remote learning schedule, just to name a few.
School Closings/Important Announcements
As we begin to transition back to in-person learning in the near future and move through the winter season, please make sure that you check two places for important updates. The first place to look is the banner portion of our homepage on the Greenspire website. There is a yellow box at the top of the page that will display any important announcement(s) to the school community. Banner messages will include items such as school closure and technology issues.
Currently, the announcement details the international Google outage from this morning. You will also receive these items via email when possible. When technology goes down like this morning, please check the banner on our website for more information.
The Huddle
The next edition of The Huddle is this Wednesday, December 16th from 9:00 am – 10:00 am. Please see the link below to join. The meeting will be recorded and distributed via email later in the day.
Meeting ID: 826 4528 8196
Passcode: tfrmH0
We are in the process of creating a phased return to in-person learning to begin in January if conditions allow for us to do so. More information will be coming out soon.
Please continue to stay safe!
