GHS WEEKLY UPDATE for the week of September 6, 2021
Welcome GHS families! This is our first weekly update for the 21-22 school year.
Tuesday, September 7th is the first day of school. It is a half day, so plan to have your student in school from 8:45-11:45am that day (they may arrive as early as 8:00 for “Pathway Hour”- our soft start to the day).
We will provide your BLUE GHS CAR LINE SIGN when you drop off your student in the circle drive on Tuesday.

As a reminder, students are required to wear masks when indoors. It is optional when they are outside. If you want your student to wear a mask outside, you will need to have a conversation with your student. We will not be policing outdoor masking.
Here are the arrival and dismissal times for the week of September 6th:
Monday 9/6– NO SCHOOL
Tuesday 9/7– 8:45-11:45 with the option to attend as early as 8:00am. No Potluck*
Wednesday 9/8– LATE START DAY 9:45-3:45 (they should arrive between 9:25-9:40)
Thursday 9/9– 8:45-3:45 with the option to attend as early as 8:00am
Friday 9/10– 8:45-3:45 with the option to attend as early as 8:00am
*With the Covid-19 surge and other logistical concerns, we are opting out of the traditional Greenspire potluck at this time. We will be hosting an outdoor Moomers ice cream social for the students and staff at 11:15 on Tuesday. (11:45 pick up)
