This was a very cold and snowy week at Greenspire Middle School. While we know middle schoolers do not always want to wear appropriate clothing for the weather, with temperatures this cold, it is a must. Students are outside as long as temperatures are above zero so they must have and wear their winter gear. If you are in need of winter gear, please do not hesitate to contact us. We are more than happy to help get students the gear they need to stay warm.

January 31- 8th Grade Fake A Day: 8th Graders will need to be dropped off at the high school at 8:45.
February 3- PTO Coffee & Talk
Semester 2 Starts Tuesday, January 23:
Students will return on Tuesday to a new semester, new pods, new projects, and new electives. New pods always cause a little bit of anxiety but it serves as a crucial part of our community building at Greenspire. We want all students to have a chance to get to know each other. Semester 2 also means a reset of grades and attendance tracking. For some students, this is a great time to clear the slate and start fresh. We are incredibly excited about our projects for Semester 2 which include Flight and Space, Shakespeare and more.
8th Grade Fake-A-Day January 31:
8th graders will need to be dropped off at Greenspire High School on January 31 at 8:45. They will spend half the day at the high school and then they will be bussed back to the middle school for lunch and the remainder of their day.
